Had a small roach in the room this time. This place seemed cleaner in past stays. Staff was polite at the front desk. Cleaning crew, not so much. The elevator and hallways smelled like pot. Pool was cold and a little dirty. Not the best place to stay in the Batesville area, but the price is very reasonable

We stayed the first night of the ice storm. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous! The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Decent room. Smelled a little stale but not bad. My hub slept well but I found mattress was firm. Staff was wonderful, so kind. Spacious room. I'd recommend staying with family.

Breakfast was phenomenal. Tv in our room wouldn’t stay on and the microwave was short circuiting everytime we tried to use it. Hot water is almost non existent so don’t count on that haha
