When we got to the hotel at 900 pm, the room assigned to us was not clean. Beds not made, towels on the bathroom floor, and paper towels on counter of room. The garbage from the floor was in bags in the main hallway. The reservation was also pay at the hotel which ended up being not true because it got taken out of our bank account from a card we used to hold the reservation, not pay for it. Ended up with overdraft fees in our bank account because the money came out (got charged on debit and another credit card) but still haven’t received the refund to the debit card as promised. Do not stay here!
