No problems checking in and the room was quite adequate. The only negative aspect was the fairly expensive meal prices. Fortunately, Rinku Town is righ5 next door with all kinds of food options.

I was given a room on the 47th floor with an excellent view. There are shops nearby, including Donki and an outlet mall, with a Lawson inside the actual hotel buillding. Easy access to the airport. Staff were professional. Property is a little tired but it is clean and the bed was comfortable.
