The check in was fast, everything was provided for. The room was vert spacious and clean. The view was amazing specialy at night. Daily cleaning was also done. They also have free numerous shuttles going to and from airport. It was a lovely stay

Room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is near KIX and actually has a train line running through the building. There is also a convenience store located on one of the floors. The staff was also really kind and helped us with figuring out the luggage delivery service.

Room didn't seem vacuumed since I saw hair that did not belong to me. One of the bath towels had brown stain and unsure if it was clean. Other than that, room was clean and staff was nice. Unfortunately, I only found out airport shuttle only operated early in the morning when checking in. I wish I knew this far in advance. So, I had to take the train instead since my flight was a bit past noon.
