Great quiet location, walkable to 7-11 and Kitahama station. The staff were friendly, elevators were quick and reliable. We especially liked the free water bottles available to guests.

Was given a smoking room so becareful to select non smoking if this is an issue, the corridor smelt really strongly of cigarettes, room itself didn't smell but it did have a yellow tinge. Great bathroom with a bath and the room size was good. Convenient 7 eleven across the street and subway not too far to get to main areas. Lots of the local restaurants were closed on a Sunday, so 7 eleven came to the rescue, the area is quiet and felt super safe.

Excellent location and very friendly helpful staff. One block away from subway metro line, very easy to use and buy tickets at the machine. No need for Ic card. Walking distance to restaurants, and a hood walk to Dotonborri district!

A great location for the metro and exploring Ōsaka. Hotel is great, clean, comfortable and accessible. Staff are helpful and speak English. The breakfast, is satisfactory.
