Hotel seems new, friendly and helpful staff, however the room size is very small and the amenities were not good. We had large luggage and really struggled to manage in the room. Not all amenities were placed in the room rather you need yo get it from the reception. Eg: shower capIf you need a shower cap, not very practical.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Spacious rooms, modern, and clean rooms, when compared to many other hotels in major cities of Japan. Beds were fairly uncomfortable and pillows definitely need an upgrade but besides that, this was our favorite hotel during a larger trip across Japan.

This hotel feels geared more towards stays for business than leisure. If you’re looking to be a tourist be prepared to take transport each time you want to go somewhere. Staff were great however! Friendly and helpful.

Hotel room is clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. While the hotel is not close to major attractions or shopping centres, it is a short walk to a subway station and only couple stations from the main tourist area.
