This is a perfectly fine hotel located 15 minutes from the train station and lots of shopping. The staff is very helpful, the concierge is great and the facilities are fine. HOWEVER, for a business hotel in a major city to have such pathetic WiFi is unacceptable. First, the WiFi system requires you to log in severall times a day. You have to remove the network from your phone and laboriously log in. Second the speed is less than 1mps. Practically unusable. When you call to complain, they apologize profusely but say many people are using the system and nothing can be done. They even sent the duty manager to our room to tell us that they were extremely sorry but there was nothing they could do but were looking into fixing the system. Unacceptable.
This hotel is located about 15 min walk from station but hotel has a free shuttle service. Everyone was so nice and you will experience true Japanese customer service. Fabulous hotel!
