Beware of thieving housekeepers

Make sure all your belongings even dirty laundry are secured inside your luggage. We experienced theft from housekeeping. All of our belongings except for shoes and dirty laundry were securely kept inside the luggage. Housekeeping went thru our dirty laundry and stole 2 pcs of my wife’s clothing.

We had an amazing stay. We’ve got twin toddlers with us and it was so convenient to go to train, 7/11. Theres even a nearby takeaway restaurant. Highly recommend.

It was okay

Its a great place to stay, close by to tsutenkaku tower. Front desk is very friendly. Includes variety of amenities for free. The only thing I would say is the rooms are very small. Its included with a small fridge as well. There is a smell that is similar to mold that comes from the sink.
