Check was amazing. I got in very late but they were very accommodating. The biggest downfall was the pool. I waited over an hour and never got a pool towel. There also was no seating at the pool. Get there early if you want a chair.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel—it had a true resort feel with multiple pool and hot tub options, plus plenty of relaxing seating areas around the pool. The rooms were clean, the lobby was inviting, and overall, the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was right for the quality, and I especially appreciated the $25 credit to use at the hotel during my stay—it was a nice surprise! The only downside was not being aware of the $25 per night parking fee beforehand. While the parking was convenient and worth the cost, I would have preferred to know about the extra charge upfront. That said, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing, well-kept property.

Fun trip. Great looking hotel with a large resort feel. Clean. Comfortable beds. Service was just okay however, food was lacking in quality. Would visit again. Hotel looks to be getting updated.

Fun Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time celebrating my sisters birthday, the pool was fantastic and even though there was a Cheer competition going on our room was quiet. I plan to stay there again.

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was spotless, and we were pleased with the ample parking available. One of the highlights was having access to a washer and dryer on the second floor, which made things so convenient. The hotel boasts a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Plus, the free shuttles to the parks were a fantastic perk! If you’re driving, you’re just a quick five-minute trip to Disney. Overall, it's a great hotel experience!

The unthinkable happen to us on our last day; we got stuck in the elevator in the Tower building which for me is not a good experience as someone with extreme claustrophobia. My daughter and I got stuck Monday morning around probably 6am which you should have logs for due to the phone call which kicked off a message. We have stayed there before and then stayed at Melaia and liked your property better until this which was horrifying to say the least.....
