The house is large and well maintained and it easily accommodated my family of 13. We loved that there was ample seating in the kitchen/dining room and the kitchen has enough dishes and glasses for the group. It was a little further from Universal than mentioned (30-45 min} but it is close to Disney. I have a couple of suggestions that could make the Villa even better. There needs to be more than one dish towel. Having only one makes it hard to have it washed and ready for another day. We didn't want to use the white hand towels because they could become stained with kitchen use. The bed linens were fine, but it might be time to replace some of the pillows. The non-stick skillets are badly scratched which is a health hazard. My only disappointment is that on one of the days we returned late at night from an all day trip to Universal and found the thermostat upstairs and down turned to 78 degrees. We tried to be sure we left them at 74 or 75 degrees each day and never turned them below 72 as instructed. I feel that turning it to 78 is a little excessive. Other than that, the trip was great and the Villa was a good choice.
