House was very nice, only negative was the pool and spa had no heat host response was awful they came and said heater was working but it was not called again the next day and someone came and said a part was broke and they fixed it.. and they would heat the pool over night but unfortunately it did not heat. We were reimbursed for the charge of the pool heat which was good but the lack of host response was very disappointing.

Host was Great! House was absolutely fabulous, Pool, hot tub was perfect. I was a little disappointed that the air hockey and car game was not working but overall we spent a lot of time in the game room. Only other thing was the grill we rented was missing the drip tray and some grate inside that all the grease would have dripped on the ground even if there was a drip try. we purchased a couple turkey pans and put under to catch the grease and it worked perfect.

House was nice, clean & spacious. The kids really enjoyed the themed rooms! Kitchen could have been more stocked. Had to purchase hot pads. Bigger pots and pans would be nice for bigger families but we made due! Overall wonderful home!

It was ok. Pool heat was not warm enough to swim in Had to go to community center. Disappointed we had to go grocery shopping quite a few times because no deliveries were allowed. I especially asked about grocery delivers but host didn’t respond. EXCEPT FOR THE PIZZA PLACE. We did order pizza and there was no problem with the driver getting through gate. No hidden charges except for pool heat and a grill to the tune of almost 700.00. Last but not least the drag racing at nite. I don’t think we will be back or recommend your House to othersJane casamento

The house was clean, all the games were in great shape and worked. The beds were comfortable! It was great swimming in the pool and seeing the alligators come right up to the edge of the pond behind the house. We had a movie night and watched a movie in the theatre upstairs. Multiple chairs are broken and do not recline and lean to the side. The rest of the theatre was in good shape. The sound system and projector were great!The clubhouse was great for the kids to play at too. The facility is very nice, however you can not take your own water bottles or snacks in.Everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen and in good shape. We all really enjoyed our stay!!
