Layne was a wonderful host! Took care of a few things that concerned my wife. Super responsive and very kind! Location was perfect and close to everything we needed. Definitely would recommend!

Good for the frugal traveler

The owner is amazing at communicating. Located in basement of old building. but clean inside. Not recommended for old person or hot natured people. No ceiling fans, no control of AC, and steep/not very wide stairs to access. Overall it it was ok for the price point we were looking for. Plenty of paper products and laundry soap. Be sure to bring your shampoo/body wash if staying more than one night.

Nice Apartment in Ugly Commercial Building

This is a basement apartment under an ugly commercial building. The exterior doors look sketchy, but it is fine inside. One little quirk is that you can't control the thermostat, but the property manager can change the temperature for you if you text. No kitchen table and one bedroom is stuffy even when running the little fan.

Great and clean apartment (in basement of commercial building)

We had a great stay in this Vrbo in Orem. The pictures were accurate and apartment was well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable. There were drinks made available in the fridge and even shampoo, body wash, toothbrush (if you forgot to bring one). The only thing that was not expected was the apartment is in the basement of a commercial building and the entrance to the place is old and has a very difficult deadbolt to open (photos of this were not included in the listing). We had to try several times to get the door open. But don’t let the entrance dissuade you. Layne (our host) was very easy to contact and helpful during our stay. We would stay again and definitely recommend this nice place.

Very nice for a place to sleep and rest.

Me and 6 friends stayed here so we could visit evermore and okay solitude disc course. It was very nice for that. 9 hole short baskets in the park directly behind it for a bonus!

Excellent Host and Property

My family stayed at Layne’s property for 13 total days. Laube was a fantastic host and very helpful. The property was safe, clean, quiet and comfortable. It backs up to a park which was a very nice extra and made the stay even nicer. Highly recommend and we will book again.

Newly remodeled, clean & comfortable

This was a great 2bdrm apt for our family! It was nice and cool during our stay in mid-summer heat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. And it's always nice to have a washer & dryer to use when traveling. Layne was a friendly & responsive host. There's a large park right behind the building with picnic tables, a playground, and some awesome events. The apartment is located among professional suites in a commercial area of town (north of University mall). So, it's not a neighborhood setting, but we felt safe & it was a quick drive to the north part of campus where our son's sports camp (day camp) was being held all week. Very convenient. We'd stay here again!
