Someone else was given a key that worked for our room and walked in on us! I sent the following message to them through this app but have not heard back. Hello As I'm hoping was communicated to you, another guest entered our room (112 I think) last night. Because they were given a key that worked for our room!!! We felt it unsafe to stay the night and left. We spent about 2.5 hours there. The front desk attendant did apologize on our way out but she was speaking with someone else and unable to engage with us. We were embarrased and frustrated and elected not to address it at the time if we had to wait and had to do so in front of 3 other people in the lobby at that time. We know it was likely an honest mistake (and hopefully not something indicative of your standards, professionalism or processes) and didn't think it kind to you for us to publicly reveal what had happened in front of your other guests. However, as we were only there a few hours and the number one tactic agreement between hotel/guest was compromised (safety and security) we certainly do feel that at least a partial refund would be appropriate. Please let us know if you're able to make this right. Thank You Patrick

The room was very clean with comfortable bed and nice linens. The young woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, and I was even able to get coffee and a roll at 4 am before my shuttle to the airport. It was also very convenient that I could leave my car there for the week I was gone. I have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.
