The home is just as pictured and one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in.
The kitchen is well stocked with two sets of dishes, lots of cooking utensils, pans etc. Though we did not use them, there were many basic ingredients stocked as well. And my in-laws greatly enjoyed the Viking stove.
It was in the high 80’s or 90’s most days during our stay and a/c worked very well for us, each room has an in wall unit with a remote for temp and fan speed.
David was quick to respond to my messages - less than an hour and usually within 20 min. We had an issue with the 2 floor sink and he sent service the next day to fix it.
The sun room quickly became a favorite spot for reading and card games. We also enjoyed walking the area. Highlights were the beautiful old homes, the cathedral, Joselyn castle, Lisa’s Radial Cafe and the bakery next door for breakfast.
There is a small grassy back yard with a picnic table.
Suggestions: put in a key pad on the back door rather than using the box for the physical key, change one of the twin bedrooms on the 2nd floor to a queen.
