Had made a reservation there by accident for the 14th... meant to reserve for the 7th. I stayed there on the 7th by booking directly at the front desk and asked for a refund erroneous booking on the 14th but spark would not give it to me after repeated attempts by Expedia. After being a loyal customer there I will no longer go there ever again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it.

I think the man who helped me his name was Roland, but I’m not sure he was horrible. He put me in a room next to the laundry. The room was so stuffy. It was like it was wet in there and it was hard to breathe. I woke up and was sitting in the lobby at 3 o’clock because I could not sleep. I was coughing. I couldn’t find him anywhere. He was rude when he checked me in it was not a good experience and the hotel had plenty of rooms. Even the lady upfront knew he had been complained about this week.
