Welcome to our charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, built in 1919, located within a 7-minute walk to the Plaza district, a local arts district with some of the best restaurants and shops in OKC! Located in a historic and revitalizing neighborhood, we bought and completely remodeled this 100-year-old house, obsessing over every detail, finish, and furniture piece.

This residence seamlessly blends vintage character with modern comforts, offering an ideal retreat for families, friends, or business travelers.

Historic Charm: Experience the allure of early 20th-century architecture with original hardwood floors, detailed woodwork, and classic design elements that tell a story of timeless elegance.

Modern Amenities: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable furnishings designed to make your stay as convenient and relaxing as possible.

Spacious Living Areas: With two well-appointed bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, there's ample space to accommodate up to six guests comfortably.

Outdoor Space: The duplex sits on a generous 7,850 sq ft lot, providing a serene backyard perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings. The outdoor space is shared with the unit next door.

- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.

- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property.
