The stay was less than convenient. The elevator stopped working, the internet didn't work Saturday,and we had to have our room keys reset 6...yes 6 different times even following the instructions to avoid electronic, .microwaves and metal. Overall the staff was pleasant about it but one young lady was visibly annoyed. There was also a broken tile in the bathroom. The room was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good.

Very disappointed with my room. Dirty and need a renovation. Really dont recommend this place. The highlight of the hotel was stephen at the front desk he was extremely nice and friendly. Hes the reason i didnt rate it lower.

I only went to breakfast a couple days because the lady snapped at me. The Spanish guys got a buenas Dias from her. The black guy got a good morning sweetie. No words but negative for me. It was obvious to me that I was unwelcome.

Hotel staff went over and beyond to make it very comfort and inviting. We were invited with cookies. They were able to accommodate an extra pillow. Would I stay at this property again? Yes, I would.
