Waited 20minutes plus, while trying to check in, a male and female employee were speaking in the side office about toxic leadership and a boss. Room smelled weird at first, not stink just weird. Lots of maintenance and repairs needed. Tub had rust and caulk missing, tiles were dirty and needing repair, drywall and corner beads popping. Mattresses were to soft for me.

Staff was great and accommodating but the ice machine on our floor was broken, the pool was out of service the entire time and no heads up was given(we would have made a different option for a hotel) And the water in the am was cold

Stay would have been perfect if the pool wasn't closed for maintenance. Breakfast was great, facilities were clean and well kept, and the room was as depicted. They also have a really good selection of snacks at the front desk.
