The staff, especially Carlos, was excellent! We reported a toilet that was plugged Thursday morning it wasn’t even noted, though. The toilet didn’t seem to work well from the beginning. We were able to change rooms and it was much better overall, but that toilet continued to run unless the handle was lifted. Needs repair.

Fantastic hotel!

What a clean and well maintained property! This hotel is much more expensive than an IGH property where I stayed the previous night. But, oh it’s wort the added expense! I’ll continue to look for any Marriot properties you offer.

I've stayed in Orlando several times and this was one of the better hotels I've gotten. Modern appliances, the lobby was super cute, ice machine on every floor. 0 complaints A++
