Place was exactly as pictures and description! Host was very nice since my GPS had me on opposite side of street and I was panicking trying to find it and host helped me calm down and direct me to other side of street to where it was.

The property was perfect for our needs. It was an easy walk to the bus stop, and shopping was very conveniently located as well. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The owners took extra care to make it cozy. And they were VERY responsive to every message! We would definitely stay here again! We were just sad we didn’t get an opportunity to check out the pools or pickleball courts.

Our stay at the condo was wonderful!! The location is very convenient to everything you need! Beach, food, groceries. The condo was clean and perfectly adequate for 4 adults and a toddler. The outside area was great to drink our coffee and have her play. We loved our stay!!

Very clean and nice place

Property was great. Very clean and good condition of everything. You can tell they take pride in their place. Labels were helpful especially in the kitchen. Loved that they provided some beach items, we used the wagon and decided we are getting our own for the future, it was so nice to not have to carry anything! We have stayed in other units in the same neighborhood for going on 8ish years now. Probably not in the owners control here, but it would be nice if the community got new chairs and tables for the pool. They’re quite old! Still, the community is nice and location is convenient!

Ocean City Maryland mini-vacation

i can’t say enough nice things about the property and the Hostess’s. Brittney and Susanne were the best and so very helpful. The place is just as it’s pictured, absolutely beautiful. Didn’t have to worry about linens or pillows all were provided along with many other extras. We will definitely be back. .

Ocean villa

We had a fantastic trip and loved staying in this condo! We would highly recommend and will stay again. Things we loved: -Very clean; comfy furniture and a pretty full kitchen with all that you'd need. -Fantastic communication with the property managers. -About a two minute walk to the outdoor pool. There is no restroom at the pool so it was easy to get back and forth from the pool to condo to use the restroom. -The outdoor pool was very clean, temp was nice, a lifeguard daily, plenty of pool chairs even when the pool was busy. -The condo was an easy walk down to the ocean, about 7-10min. The condo also had a wagon you can use to take all your supplies down to the beach. Easily my favorite surprise amenity at the condo! -Short walk to a gas station, sunsations, various restaurants. -I appreciated the washer and dryer, there's nothing better than coming home from vacation with all clean clothes! -The bus stop is just a couple minute drive from the condo(in front of the food lion), we took it down to the boardwalk and saved ourselves a chunk of money on the parking fee as well as the hassle of parking. $4 per person, cash, exact change and you can hop on and hop off all day! -About a 5 minute drive to Northside Park which has a very nice playground, an area for for fishing/crabbing, and a family friendly event with music/fireworks on Sundays(could just be in the summer). Things to consider (not bad just good to know): -When they say bring towels they mean all towels 🙂 I read

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The pool is amazing, perfect for kids. We absolutely loved the location as well. Easy access to the beach, good restaurants, and easy to drive to boardwalk area or take the bus. The property was clean and inviting.

Perfect location for our family

The condo was very clean. Location was perfect for my family needs. Beach, Food Lion grocery store, shopping plaza was a short walk from the condo. It was a very pleasant stay and the outdoor patio was great for sitting outside in the evening. The hosts offers several things to make your vacation enjoyable. Beach chairs, umbrella and a beach wagon. I give this 5 stars. No complaints from my family. Would definitely book this condo again.

Nice but bossy

The house was your typical beach house in a quiet neighborhood. I like that drawers and cabinets were labeled, but there's a line. Lots of instructions posted around the house like you're house sitting for a judgmental relative. But maybe most of the guests are less conscientious than we are and it is necessary. I found it anxiety inducing. On vacation. No bueno. BUT not a single bad thing to say about the property or our very kind hosts except why no towels???

Awesome place!

Hosts were so communicative and responsive. Check in process was super easy. Condo was beautifully decorated and exactly as advertised. Condo had ample parking and was in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. :)

Great place, great location.

We had a great stay. The location is great for ocean city beaches, delaware beaches and asseteague island. The property managers were very responsive with questions prior and during our stay. Also was nice they provided laundry detergent and other ammenities We ate outside most evenings. We enjoyed the indoor pool with our almost 2 year old daughter.

Home away from home

The location of this property was perfect for us! Away from the hussle and bussle of the busy boardwalk but it still had things to do. Lots of great restaurants near by, wawa, a short distance to the beach. They really made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The welcome kit was so kind and helpful. There was also beach chairs and umbrellas and other items for our use. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a nice quiet stay. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Awesome co-op

The co-op was spacious, clean, organized and well equipped. It offered excellent amenities and the location was great. This is thus far the best and cleanest place my family and I have the opportunity to stay at. We definitely recommend it.

Cute, clean and cozy!

Property just as described! This super cute beach condo was perfect for my family of six! Plenty of space for two teenage girls, and my 8 and 2 year old. Space is much bigger than expected! The outside gated patio area was amazing for my toddler. It not only offered an amazing, safe play area but was also great for outside crab eating with the entire fam! The outside shower, towel drying hooks and ample patio space was so helpful for cleaning off sand and as well as having a fun outdoor water activity space for my 2 year old! The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials needed as well as extras like spices, disposable plates, plastic wrap, baggies and a welcome kit with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and more! The communication from the condo owners was timely and helpful. I can not wait to come back and stay again! Thank you ladies for an amazing condo for me and my family’s beach getaway!

Last minute July 4th week stay

We stayed a last minute short trip for July 4th week. The place was clean and location was near everything. Easy walk to all restaurants, Seven Eleven, Dunkin Donuts, and many more. The beach was only 5-7 minutes walking distance. This place was big enough for 5 adults to stay.

July 1st impromptu trip

The property was as described in VRBO. The condo was very clean upon arrival and everything was nicely labeled. The pantry was nicely stocked with spices and salt, pepper and a few extras. Also foil and some paper products. The pantry also had a first aid kit which was nice since I had an incident with the gate latch. The welcome package was especially nice. The outdoor pool was super clean and we never did use the indoor pool. It was an easy walk to the beach and the beach wagon provided was a nice touch. Beach toys for the kids were great and brand new beach chairs were available for use too. Outdoor patio was great for the kids to play in as it was gated and secure. Neighborhood was very quiet at night. The only negative was the directions were a little confusing upon entering the condo complex. Since there are two entrances the directions should be a little clearer. We had a hard time finding the unit as we used the 105 entrance and from there it was the second left with the unit on the left. Overall would definitely recommend this unit and the hosts were great.
