Nothing special kind of a hotel
As soon as we checked in, the woman at the desk told us there was no room service. I thought that was weird because we stayed from Saturday through Thursday and then later day 3 someone asked us if we wanted room service and was weirded out. So we had to ask for items like soaps, towels, trash to be taken out, from staff because we were told there was no service and that took time out of the day. Also, we would set our room to 68 and every time we returned it was hotter. So we weren’t sure if someone was turning off our AC?? And we had to keep it a little cooler because the room had a musty smell to it. We got this place because “breakfast was included” but it’s a lie. The breakfast was literally ONE waffle machine and ONE pancake machine for maybe 100 guests. I thought it would be at least eggs and toast- but I was wrong. I would not recommend this hotel. And when they say micro- the bed was micro, the room was micro, literally everything small.

This hotel ruin our mood. very poor customer service at front desk. They charge extra money from us, looks like a scam. Most horrible part was 'mobile network' that was really frustrating. No internet and mobile network at all. I dont recommend this hotel at all.
Close to the boardwalk and shopping areas.
Fast check in, clean and modern room, comfortable bed. Short driving distance to Assateague Island.
It was quiet and the AC worked great
We enjoyed our stay but the WiFi was really slow and dropped often.
Staff great....clean .......issues A/C weak.....Lights burned out....average place and West OC location with an ocean front price tag

No breakfast was giving due to Covid. Shower water pressure was very low. Price was too high

This is our second time staying at this particular hotel. The rooms were clean. We arrived an hour earlier than check in, even though they weren't able to provide a room until check in, they did accommodate us with the use of the pool. The kids were happy about that part. The only minor complaint was we got a room across from the elevator and ice machine.
It looked like the advertisement. It was clean enough. And i would stay there again.
