The room was very clean and comfortable although a little worn around the edges in general. The room service staff member who brought me dinner was very pleasant and professional. The desk staff were great as well. I'm not at all a fan of the rainfall shower, and the jacuzzi tub didn't seem to be functional, which I had been looking forward to. There was terrible noise from the room above me one morning - the desk assured me it would stop soon, which it did, but I shouldn't have had to hear it in the first place. I'm sure in the very empty hotel I might have been put in a room away from construction. I still feel like the Holiday Inn and Suites is the best value on the boardwalk, and I'm sure I'll stay again. I hope the bathrooms get a refresh soon.
