Gateway Grand 403 is a beautiful side unit in an oceanfront building on 48th street. Deluxe oceanfront building with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. This decorator furnished 3BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Bed sizes include a king, a queen, 2 singles, and 1 queen sleep sofa. Sheets and towels are provided by owner, guests supplies soaps and paper products. Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 nights off season. Drip coffee maker.
Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. No pets, please. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due upon arrival to Gateway Grand.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Condo was lovely & was as advertised with furnishings, etc. However, the unit was dirty when we arrived & I cleaned it my self before the family arrived. Very disappointed with the cleanliness-Hair, dirt in bathrooms, carpets not swept or cleared of litter & obviously not very sanitary.
