The first two bedrooms have king beds, the third bedroom has two twin size beds and there's a queen sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. Each bedroom and the living room include smart TVs as well so you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies (with your login credentials). This condo boasts three full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone to get ready for a day at the beach or the rooftop pool. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit for your convenience. This condo is on the second floor and there is an elevator in the building. With this great location, you'll be in walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and activities in town. You're in walking distance to Seacrets, 45th St. Taphouse, Macky's, mini golf and much more!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

**Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. you can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $138.75. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. If the weather is nice, the pool may stay open a few weeks later but we cannot guarantee this. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
