Renovated Top floor Diamond Beach corner condo on 39th St. allows for amazing sunsets AND sunrises! Enjoy panoramic views from midtown Ocean City! This condo has tons of renovations in 2023 including new bathrooms, new vinly plan flooring throughout, new paint and new living room furniture! Diamond Beach is located on 38th St. and is an oceanfront building (condo is a side unit with ocean and bay views) steps from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! You'll love relaxing and drinking your favorite beverage on the large, covered balcony with bar height adirondack chairs and table. This great condo has an open floor plan and an upgraded kitchen including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! Not only are you steps to the beach, you're also across the street from the convention center and performing arts center. Everything is close - you're a short walk to shopping, restaurants and of course the famous boardwalk! This unit has a central A/C, a washer and high speed internet/wifi. This condo is tech. friendly with a 55" 4K Apple smart TV for streaming (with your login credentials) and a Alexa smart speakers. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, a private full bath and a smart TV. The second bedroom has two full sized beds and a 55" 4K Apple TV. There is also a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The building has an elevator and you get 2 reserved parking spots. Enjoy the perfect condo in the perfect Ocean City Location!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

“Holiday House”

We had a great time! This condo is perfect! It’s very well stocked with everything you need. The unit was spotless upon arrival. The balcony has beautiful views of the bay and ocean with very comfortable deck furniture. The walk to the beach is a few minutes and all of our Favorite OCMD restaurants were close by. We definitely will stay here again!

Walk to the beach

We were two families of fours sharing the place for a 3 days vacation and it turned out to be great. The location is very nice with views to the ocean and the bay! Take the steps or the elevator before a short (maybe 100 yards) steps to the ocean. The condo is renovated and if you order the linen and towels option, you will have all that you need. So no need to bring along anything with you. Maybe a hairdryer but that’s it! Loved it!!

We were in OC for my sons wedding. The condo was perfect! Close to the venue, spacious, and comfortable. I had adult family members staying with me and three children. The condo was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a great stay. I highly recommend!
