Beautiful Condo in OCMD

Stayed here for a long girls getaway and we enjoyed every minute. Condo was spacious, nicely decorated and at a great location. Acme and coffee shop across the street. Fabulous food at Bull in the Beach right on 94th Street. Plan on returning here again next year!

Friends Getaway

Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end! The place was immaculate when we got there!! The pool was so great and they even had cornhole. The place is located near anything you could want or need and if not you can take the bus and pay $4.00 a person for the day and it gets you to the boardwalk or anywhere up or down the highway. Great to avoid drinking and driving! I would definitely stay here again!

BEACH WEEEEEK!!!

We had a BLAST at the condo - it was a slight bummer that the bedroom that said queen bed in the description was actually a double but we made it work and it didn’t detract from our stay. It was really cool to have both a bay and ocean view from the patio. Also, the supplies available to us were very helpful ( beach umbrella, boogie boards, kitchen stuff). The staff were all amazing and the location was perfect - it felt very safe as well :) We definitely want to stay here again!!!

Great place and location

Really liked this condo and the location. My only gripe was there was no furniture utilize on the balcony. We had a great view from the 15th floor of both ocean and bay sides. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit so we could enjoy the wonderful view. Air conditioning vent was also on balcony, so it was a little noisy. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay and loved the outdoor amenities offered eg. pool and patio. Would stay there again

Parking spots were all pretty close to any of the 3 entrances. There also were stores in close proximity to the condo, so we didn’t have to drive everywhere. Only wish the pool was heated since this was a cool week.

The Condo was Clean!

Check in was easy. The agent was very friendly and helpful. My first impression of the room was a good one. The condo was clean, bright and welcoming. The condo was a slightly smaller than expected but in no way did the size dampen the stay. I enjoyed the view from the balcony. To the right was the beach and to the left was the streets. Both bedrooms had great windows for viewing and the beds were comfortable. Both bedrooms had large closets for keeping your luggage out of site, as well as a large closet in the living room. There were a lot of kitchen supplies including pots and pans, cups and plates and a Keurig for the using. The trash chute, located at the end of the hallway, was very convenient. I liked that there were a lot of board games in the closet and beach toys on the balcony storage. The condo had a dryer for drying your wet beach clothes and towels but no washer. I would definitely stay here again. The cons of the stay was a slow drain in the bathtub and the property manager. The property manager, whom you have to buy an extra parking pass from, was an unhappy, no people skills, “I hate my job” kind of person but once we got the extra parking pass, we didn’t have to deal with her anymore. Our stay was during bike week. The property manager put four motorcycles per parking space which made it difficult for those driving cars, and with a baby carrier, to enter and exit the vehicles. There should only be two motorcycles per parking space. Another con to the building was the ramp. The ramp location made it difficult to bring your luggage in from the vehicle. Overall, we had a great experience and will most likely return.
