When you walked into the room it smelt like mildew, but once the AC was going it seemed to mask the smell a little. House keeping came and took our sheets off the bed sometime in the morning while we were out. When we returned an hour later they were still not replaced. We went to speak to the front desk and were told it could be up to five more hour for “laundry to be finished”. We asked if we could be put into another room so that we could utilize the space we paid for and we were told no. No apology for the inconvenience or really an explanation that actually made sense. Someone from the hotels hospitality texted me asking about the stay and I told them it was a 1/5. They asked when they could call me to talk about my experience, I told them “now” and never heard from them again. In addition, the second night I was woken up in the middle of the night by someone screaming, which ended up being the person in the room next to ours playing a horror movie on their tv at full volume.

We found a dead roach in the closet when we woke up when we mentioned it to the staff upon exit they simply said well let housekeeping know, and turned their back on us. Because of the dead roach, we did not want to eat breakfast and asked for a refund she said we’d have to go back to a third-party… That we understood.

Room was very clean. Hotel is nice and modern. Great location. Only problem was the noise level. Fifth floor corner room was crazy loud due to traffic down below on a busy street. Even complimentary ear plugs didn't drown out the sirens, engines, and noisy 18 wheelers. Room needs better sound-proofing.

Room 433, smelled horrible, I called the front desk because the tv remote did not work, I was never brought a new one. The bar was overcrowded and understaffed. I ordered a makers mark and sprite, was given a cup with makers mark, nothing else. Instead of a salad, that I ordered, I got steamed veggies. Overall extremely disappointed all around.

Room was ok. The air was out, an error on the wall thermostat and when trying to get the unit on the wall to work it wouldn’t stay on. We had gone out for the night and by the time we came back it was after midnight. No ac the entire night. Toilet paper holder on the wall kept falling down and the roll would slide off. Expensive drinks at the bar. Good location though.

This is my 3rd time staying here. Great front desk staff! Only area of dissatisfaction was with the parking. They now charge for parking! $25 a night. They said it was the city but it’s not true. You need to use the free parking garage which is a pain when you have luggage.
