A bbq would have been nice. No face cloths, only 2 hand towels, 1 dish rag, 1 tea towel…..bare minimum. Kitchen utensils, very basic ( no egg flipper) plus many more items required. Host trying to contact us 10 minutes before we were boarding the plane, with our QR code to enter Aria Ocean. A live link would not come thru, so he had to send it to our cab driver,so we could enter. Then the concierge wouldn’t let us go to the room, because we still didn’t have the QR code……..very frustrating!

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay but the condo needed a little work. It definitely needs painting. The bathroom had no toilet paper roll holder, no hair dryer and no soap dispenser holder in the shower. Besides these few things we enjoyed our stay. Delicious food at the restaurant and excellent customer service response.

The view from our condo was excellent and the balcony was very spacious. The down fall to the condo was no beach chairs and no bbq which would have made the stay more enjoyable. The condo itself was spacious enough however needs some tlc inside. There were no dish or tea towels. It took us two days to get into our safe as it was locked .Also with our booking we were suppose to have a complimentary cleaning but that didn’t happen .

This is constructive feedback - it is a great complex very well managed. Great location and even greater views. Front desk hosts were absolutely amazing. The rental company Vacasa has done an great job, 10 out of 10. Special "thank you" to Ana and Toai for offering such remarkable customer experience. Great unit - bed very comfortable. Since Vallarta has cool nights at this time of the year [February] it would have been much appreciated to have screen doors and ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge area to give us a break from AC. Great Kitchen however I strongly suggest adding more dishes/dinner plates/salad bowls/utensils/wine glasses/tea towels given the apartment is a bit more upscale and away from restaurants. The terrase is huge - beautiful outdoor, however it would have been fantastic to complement its space with Lounge Chairs to take full advantage of the sea view. The pool side gets jam-packed early in the morning as the regular vacationers have their action plan reserving chairs/umbrella despite not being allowed, which leaves us non-regulars scrambling for a place to sit. You might consider adding a couple of folding beach chairs and umbrella so we can enjoy the sandy beach. Great pool - Resto for lunch is great alternative-excellent service from the employees. Enjoyed Our Stay - Would Stay Again

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Nuevo Nayarit. Would stay there again. The unit is small inside, but well appointed. The big patio is great for looking at the sunset. Areas for improvement: Via email, we were asked by Vacasa (the management company) to send a copy of our passport or drivers license ahead of our stay. This was the first time we’ve ever received such a request from any of our rental stays on any platform. This concerned me and I declined to send the pictures of our IDs and asked why they never needed them. I never received a response, that I can find in my email. This request caused a little concern for me as to the legitimacy of our stay, before arriving, but was relieved upon arrival. If management is going to make this request, they need to explain why. The drain in the shower was clogged severely. I believe this should have been evident to the crew cleaning the unit and we should not have had to call for service. However, when we informed the management firm, they were very responsive and promptly remedied the situation. Overall a great stay. I have a pretty high bar for giving five stars - as I think that should be for a flawless experience. So, overall four stars. But this was a great stay!

Oven front condo

As you enter the unit the first thing you notice is the great view overlooking the pool an ocean , we where very impressed by the view . How ever once we started getting settled in there were some things that were disappointing. The drawers in the bedroom were jamming to open a close making in difficult to use also the larger closet doors were awkward to open . Moving into the kitchen there was very limited utensils.We had 4 forks 2 table spoons also we only had 3 dinner plates so we couldn’t even have another couple over for dinner. Another thing that was disappointing ,was we had to supply all of our own spices and oils as there was nothing, not even a salt a pepper shaker . Moving* to the deck although the view is beautiful ,the chairs are rather uncomfortable with the thin cushions , also the cables holding the sun screens in place were rusted a two of them where broke . This was reported to the property rep an he stated that this had been mentioned by previous renters . The bathroom is rather small and the sink and shower drains are very slow draining . We had to stop mid way through our shower as to not flood the floor , as this looks like it has happen in the past , from the wood separation at the bottom of the bathroom door . It would have been nice to also have a BBQ and some folding beach chairs to take to the beach . This unit is ok for two people and maybe a small child . In closing this property could use a little attention to make it better for the price

Very Nice!

My husband and I had a really comfortable and pleasant stay at the condo. The place is exactly as the picture shows. The little des appointment was the bathroom. Not only is it tiny, but there’s no hooks for the towels and no niche or places for products in the shower. I think a hook being the door and shelves above the toilet would make it more practical. It would also be a good idea to include a drying rack as the dryer and washer is a 1in2. There would be room beside the fridge if the old lamp would be removed. The chairs by the pool are the most comfortable, and security is very strict if you put your feet on the furniture, so we didn’t really relaxed at the pool, but the grounds are beautiful and the place is very well kept. Overall it was good!

Good location, very clean, nice balcony & view

Good location; clean property. The condo needs: bath towel hooks, a toilet paper holder & a shower shelf to hold shower items. The kitchen amenities were good although the coffee pot was tiny. The condo was small but fine for 2 people. The balcony was very nice and the view was great! We liked the condo & location!

Beautiful condo at Aria Ocean

This condo was very clean and modern with a fabulous view of the pools and ocean. You get kitchen basics, but salt or a few spices would have been nice. There was no dish cloth or tea towel, so we bought our own. You will definitely need to buy or bring toilet paper if you're staying more than 3 days. The condo is about a 30 minute easy walk to banks, Mega and Le Comer, but you'll likely want to take a taxi back. We experienced Hurricane Lidia in the middle of our stay, but felt safe in our unit. Overall, our stay here was excellent and we would definitely book again!
