The location was great, the condo was comfortable but is starting to show its age. Sonia and Ivan were quick to address any issues that came up! The dining room chairs made a lot of noise for the condo owner below . Perhaps something could be put on the legs to minimize the noise!

Fantastic stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo over New Year’s. Some maintenance issues that were promptly dealt with and more towels brought as requested. Very response property manager and owner is great communicator. Location is excellent with beautiful view of ocean. Fully equipped kitchen with dining for 8. Lots of room to relax in the living room and chairs on the balcony. We will be back. Thank you!

Comfort away from home

As usual, Villa Magna is the place to stay when in Nuevo Vallarta. This unit was spacious, clean and the view was spectacular. We will definitely be returning!

Great for a long stay

Stayed here for a few weeks for a work trip. Staying here made it so easy. Full kitchen and the washer and dryer that came with soap for both was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and so were the couches. Views were great and saw whales every night. Will definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. Close to Paradise Village and not too far by taxi to Bucerías and PV. View was amazing. Will come again.

Beautiful property with the best host I could ask for

This was my 6th time visiting the area in 4 years and my 2nd time staying at Villa Magna, needless to say I love it here. The property was better than the pictures. The view is stunning and is comfortable and fully furnished. One of the most important parts of my vacation is a comfortable bed and pillows and each bed was so comfortable with soft, cushy pillow toppers. None of us had one night that we didn't quickly drift off to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The above and beyond aspect of this property versus any other I have stayed at anywhere was the host Sonia. Her communication is always immediate and she is on top of everything. After booking, I asked her about getting our COVID tests and she arranged to have them done privately in our room so we did not have to go to the testing center that is about a mile down the road. The test and receiving the results were easy with no problem. After checking in, we had an issue with the safe being locked so I messaged her. She immediately responded and scheduled the technician to come open it for us. Then, on the last day we did not have to be at the airport until 2 1/2 hours after checking out, I messaged Sonia to ask where we could leave our luggage until it was time to go. We just wanted to hang out at by the pool instead of the airport. She very graciously invited us to stay in the condo until we had to go. I then made one of the biggest vacation mistakes. I checked out of the property for the airport and left my cell phone on the table. I did not discover it missing until I was at the airport. I didn't have time to go back and get it so I had to leave it there. When I got back to the states and had WiFi, I saw multiple messages from Sonia trying to get ahold of me to tell me the housekeeper had found it. Then she made arrangements to ship it back to me as quickly as possible. I thought I would never see it again but Sonia was not going to let that happen. Sonia is such a kind and honest person with a big heart and easily the best host I have ever had the pleasure of working with in all of my trips anywhere. Book this property with no hesitation whatsoever. You will love it from start to finish.
