"2週間にわたる滞在でスタッフの方々は快く素晴らしいサービスを提供してくださり、不快な思いをすることはありませんでした。 ノッティングヒルゲート、パディントンなどの駅に近く、閑静な住宅街とケンジントンパークの近くにある、大変素晴らしい立地ながら宿泊コストを抑えられるホテルです。 ただ建物は非常に古く、設備も相応の性能のようです。床はきしみ、壁は薄く、少し離れた部屋の会話も聞こえてきます。扇風機が導入されましたが、空調機はありません。シャワーと蛇口は水圧が低く、湯温度の調節は極端です。窓枠は開きません。 すべての部屋にキーカードドアロックを導入していますが、エントランスのロック装置は貧相で、セキュリティ面では不安が残ります。 アメニティはバスタオルやコーヒー・紅茶など豊富で、感じの良いスタッフが二日に一回という目覚ましいペースでたくさん補充してくれます。ただスタッフは非英語話者の方もいるようなので、細かな要求や説明をするのには苦労するかもしれません。 価格に見合った良いホテルだと感じました。安定した気候の時期に、短期間の滞在であれば、十分快適に過ごせると思います。"
