Dresser in room was inundated with tiny ants. Bed covers had stains on them. Took awhile for warm water to come from sink/shower. Otherwise room was clean (except for bed cover and ants). Staff was very friendly at check in. Priced appropriately for what you get.

Oddly shaped room with bed access from only one side. Few outlets, and most were too loose somehow and didn’t hold a normal plug. A sliver of soap in the small bathroom. Ripped towels. A basic breakfast where you have to scrounge up the fixins in the fridge. Noisy climate control unit. Older property that needs updating

They gave away my reserved room after 2hr drive!

reserved and insured room was literally given to another customer on the phone as I walked in to check in. Apparently if you don’t answer when the hotel calls your phone they automatically cancel your reservation. After a two hour drive to the location I was expecting the money I paid to mean something. Terrible service!

I booked this hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday & Valentine's Day weekend. There were two specific reasons why I booked this hotel. 1. they offered a limo service to Foxwoods 2. They had a hot tub in the room. As soon as we got into the room we were hit w/ the heavy stench of mildew, and the dirty and dingy room. The furniture was outdated, broken and heavily stained. The shower had hair in it and was not cleaned before we got there. We did tell the front desk and someone came in to clean it. Plunger in the bathroom There was also water damage from an apparent overflow of toilet. The fridge was rusted & scratched, the ceiling roof tiles on the first floor had water stained tiles. The king size mattress was hard, pillows flat and small. We did ask for extra pillows and were told they didn't have any. the bathroom door had a hole in it, the whirlpool was dirty with no drain stopper, we told the front desk who sent someone out to the dollar store and buy a flat drain cover. We ended up not using the whirlpool because it didn't have hot water, and again it was dirty, god knows the last time it was used The first night we were told that the limo service opened up at 4:30PM. when we called at 5 o'clock the woman said the guy who drove the limo wasn't in yet. At about 6:15 we were sick of waiting and we decided to drive ourselves to the casino. Then the next night we asked to use the limo services, and this time we were told they decided to close it.
