This first floor, two bedroom villa is outstanding with so many unique features not found elsewhere. Enjoy the quiet and convenience of a ground floor unit and being just steps from the community pool and BBQ area. This is the perfect get away anytime of the year. Professionally decorated, the villa offers 1,050 square feet of beautiful living accommodations plus a furnished balcony to add to your enjoyment.

The kitchen, cheerfully decorated with splashes of color, has an abundance of lovely serving dishes and everything needed for perfect meal preparation when dining in. There is a convenient breakfast bar off the kitchen for keeping the cook company! Enjoy wonderful meals in the lovely dining area, open to the great room for added pleasure and convenience.

The great room offers ample seating room for everyone in your group. The entertainment center hosts a flat screen television and a DVD player, so bring along some DVD's and enjoy! You can keep in touch while you enjoy your vacation because this villa has wireless internet. The lanai is just off the living area with a beautiful view of the Norman course.

The well-appointed master suite has a walk in closet, queen size bed, ultra-posh bedding, a dresser, flat screen TV and a beautiful private bath suite. Attractively decorated with warm tones throughout, the interior colors will delight anyone's taste.
