The room smelled like dirty mop water and there was a dirty towel from the previous people still hanging in the bathroom. Did not offer housekeeping. THE TV DIDN'T WORK! and when we attempted to discuss this issue, we were given the run around answers, and it was never fixed during our stay.

The floor was dirty as well as the appliances were never wiped down after the last renter. The kitchen counter was dirty as well with food still on it. The TV in the bedroom didn't work and when I tried to reach out to someone for help there wasn't anyone to help.

Nice property in nice condition and nice staff. It looks just like the photos. Bring ear plugs because it’s next to the freeway.The hotel area seems safe enough, but if you go 3 miles south, not so good. We’d probably stay here again.

Check in was a disaster. Received an email from the property to check in thru the app. Downloaded the app and then tried to check in right at 3pm. Said room was not ready. Tried again for the next 3 hours and kept saying the same thing. We finally went to the property to see when we could check in and the manager said oh we don't do the app check in, your rooms been ready since 3. Could not have cared less we had been waiting 3 hours for our room and they were at cause for delay. Inside room: No mixing bowls, nothing to use to cook in oven, no sponge to wash dishes. Definitely not a full kitchen as described.
