Tiny microwave sat on top of non-funtional refrigerator on bathroom floor. No chair or table. Light fixture between beds didn't work. TV remote didn't work, TV not much better. Crummiest motel I've ever stayed in.

Don’t know where to start..Disappointing, room so cold that it too long or maybe never warmed up, floor in room dirty and nothing to wet shoes on. Not enough blankets on bed to stay warm waiting for warmth from heater running all night long! Waffle maker for breakfast not setup for waffles, no waffle mix. Front desk staff was nice though

The rooms are not that clean they could really use new carpet and clean around the outside edge of the walls and the wallpaper was coming down off the walls and you could see the mold. The toilet moved when you sat down. Not enough towels for everyone in the room. NO pen or paper to write on. Breakfast was limited and no place to sit, if we wanted to eat there.

Everything was good for my short stay. I want to apologize for mess I left in restroom. I had a Kidney stone attack in middle of night and had Vomitted in and around the toliet. I then drove to ER. I'm sorry I didn't have the time to clean up the floor.

I arrived at 1:23 AM only to find a hotel completely closed. I had to find alternate lodging at the last minute. This led to frustration and expense! I do not recommend this property.

There was no telephone in the room. Inside main curtains missing rod to move them. Television remote kind of hard to operate and look up local programs. No chair for desk in room if a person wanted to sit down to eat. Parts of decorative tile in bathroom was missing. Bathtub did not have grab bars in case person slipped while showering. Overall i have stayed at other places in Norfolk better accomodations.
