Hampton Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Downtown

"The hotel was pretty clean. It was very expensive for one night, I paid $420. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub for my kids and upon arrival the hot tub was down and under maintenance for an undetermined amount of time. I really wish this would’ve been disclosed to me prior to me paying this much for an overnight stay. I would’ve chosen a different /less expensive hotel. When we asked for extra blankets and pillows, they said that they ran out, then they said “never mind, you got lucky and there is two more left!” however, both pillows were soaking wet."
