Very well laid out, it consists of a cozy, air-conditioned living room with direct access to the terrace on Rue Durante, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with dining area, and two comfortable bedrooms with built-in storage.

The main bedroom includes a queen-size bed and also opens onto the terrace (please note: this room is not air-conditioned).

The second bedroom is air-conditioned and offers a standard double bed, a desk area, and access to a private balcony.
