The place is perfectly located just in the ❤️ of Nice at a pedestrian street. Our room was specious and super clean. We enjoyed our small balcony where we could eat the seafood bought on an open air market prepared in a fully equipped kitchen. The staff is very kind and friendly. It's a perfect place to stay in Nice. The reception works until 8 pm, but they can arrange a late self check-in for you.

The hotel’s location was very good, easy to navigate and in the center of everything, especially the restaurants. The elevator was in the half way, meaning you need to walk up or down to get to the elevator with your luggage! The hotel is located at a pedestrian zone, you arrived with taxi or uber at the corner of street two blocks away. The room was pretty big and noisy level was high until midnight, but the windows were sealed well, it didn’t bother us that much. The breakfast was nice and I thought was cheaper than what you got from the restaurant downstairs. The apartment had basic equipment, no water no facial tissues (which I really needed all the time). The reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was solid for the price we paid. I just wish I knew that the elevators stopped between floors and we needed to bring our suitcases up half a flight. And that we couldnt be dropped pff by uber in front of our hotel as its a pedestrian street. So we had to walk a block with our suitcases as well. Everything else was great. Staff helped when needed. Shower pressure good. Update rooms and good size

Great stay near the old town

Very central location, we walked everywhere. Our balcony overlooked a pedestrian area, very lively and touristy, and very pleasant. Great breakfast (the pear tart....ooh lala!), although the space is a little tight, but they do let you take a tray to your room if you like to, which is a lovely treat. Excellent staff, very helpful. Our room had a kitchenette, and we loved it. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, and lots of shopping opportunities too.

Charming apartment hotel in a fantastic central location, with all major sites within walking distance. The property has a well-equipped kitchen, convenient laundry service, and the overall atmosphere is very friendly. The balcony offers a lovely spot to take in the local charm. That said, the building is a bit dated , can be cleaned a bit more , and not ideal for those with accessibility needs, as some areas can only be reached by stairs. Parking is located a bit further away, which is understandable given the central setting. The split-level apartment design may not suit everyone, but for location and convenience, it delivers solid value. Read all instructions from when the reception desk is open to where the parking is located and what the building access code is. It felt we didn't have any of that beforehand.

I originally booked a room with two beds, but when we arrived, we found a room with only one bed. There was no staff available at the time of our arrival the key was left in a safe box, and no one responded when we knocked on the reception door. Fortunately, a housemaid helped us and was able to change our room to one with two beds. Overall, the hotel room was good, and the location is amazing. However, the main issue was communication with the hotel staff they did not respond to the messages I sent. If you’re planning to book this hotel, I recommend arriving before the staff leave for the day to avoid any issues
