The property location was fantastic, directly across the street from the falls. The room was clean and very comfortable and the rate was great. If I'm in the area again I will definitely stay here again. My only negative was the less than enthusiastic front desk clerk. I felt like I was a bother to his time. He answered all of my questions, but seemed to wish I hadn't needed to ask them.

El hotel a pesar de ser un poco antiguo estaba en buenas condiciones y limpio, las camas eran cómodas y ofrecen un desayuno bastante variado y el precio nos pareció bastante cómodo, sin embargo lo que más nos gusto fue la cercanía al Parque Estatal Cataratas del Niagara, ya que dejamos el carro en el hotel y fuimos a conocerlas caminado, 100% recomendado

Basic hotel in Niagara Falls area. Location is very convenient to the State Park and boat tours. Facility and services were average at best but nothing more was expected. Breakfast was a typical buffet.

The girl working at the desk was not very friendly. When we got off of the elevator on the 3rd floor, the wall was a mess. The lobby smelled like weed. Just not impressed.

While this property is good for its location to the falls park, it is has no amenities and toilets dont flush properly. Front desk guy was just rude about check in being qt 4. He had a loby full of people that he could have spread out checking in by asking housekeeping ( who took their break getting stoned in a car near the front door) which rooms were ready and at least checked those in. Also, dont bother paying extra for upper rooms, they are still in the trees with a view of food trucks. It was off season so nothing was open nearby but the food trucks. The area looks deserted until you step into the casino down the street. They had restaurants open and lots of people, and the rooms were cheaper.
