Customer Service can be improved. Limited communication and misunderstanding. Not flexible. We booked 6 nights with the hotel. We asked to checkout one day early to go to Phu Quoc and gave them plenty of time ( one day after checkin). They said “no way. You will forfeit your one night paid if you do so. No refund”. We still decided to checkout one day early anyway. Not recommended to stay at this hotel. There are other better hotels in Nha Trang with better location and better service.

The stay was generally pretty good! Pros: All of the amenities that you would expect from 5 star. Place was nice, right across the street from the beach, rooms were clean, and there was a coffee shop at the bottom. Cons: Bathrooms had a separation from the rest of the room, but the floor in the main area would still get everything wet. The staff tried to have us pay for dirty pillows cases that were obviously stained before or weren’t even ours. The staff did later apologize after we complained, but we didn’t expect that experience from a 5 star establishment. Seemed unprofessional.

fantastic spa service.

It was a pleasant stay overall. However the service was not good enough to call it a five star hotel. Despite the fact that majority of guests are tourists, there is no tour desk, and the front desk says that they do not know anything else other than the service in the hotel. If you can't plan your own tour, I don't think this hotel is right. The Spa service in the hotel was fantastic and Thao, the manager worked really passionately and did her best for the guests. I am willing to stay in the hotel if I go visit Nha Trang again in the future.

The only issue with the hotel was an unexpected charge using the karaoke room, as we believed it to be part of the hotel. The price to use the room was listed in Vietnamese so we had no idea there was a charge which is strange considering all the other prices for drinks was listed in English. Tried to get this charge taken off our bill but staff said no sorry.

Our group of 8 loved the Horizon Hotel! The location is great, for anyone wanting to be on the north beach. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Stunning infinity pool on the 4th floor--very quiet and a good place to hang out as a group. We were picked up at the airport, offered bottles of water and cool washcloths to freshen up, and upon arrival at the hotel were given a cool drink as we checked in. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Everything about this place is great!

The property is brand new and clean. The breakfast food is excellent. The pool is very nice. The only thing that makes this hotel mediocre is there is no A/C in the fitness room, which produced a terrible smell, the equipment are cheap products. But overall, it's worth the money spent.
