The room was very nice. We called the front desk for a lot of things, and they were always quick to help us. I loved the pool. The location was right in front of the beach, so that was convenient. I love the Bal D' Afrique products in the bathroom. I bought a cologne of the same scent when I came home so that the smell would remind me of my trip.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located. The room we stayed was very nice and with a wonderful ocean view. It was very busy when we stayed specially in the swimming pool area and also at breakfast time. The best of the best in IHG hotel group in Southeast asia. The front desk team/the concierge team, everyone who work at this hotel is the best at what they do and providing such an outstanding services. This is our 4th times stayed here and we will only stay here if we come back to Nha Trang. The price is very reasonable for the kind of service you will get here. Worth every penny.
