This was such a great location and cozy spot. We walked all over the place. The beds were so comfortable and the hosts were so accommodating. We will absolutely be staying here every time we visit Newport Beach!

This property was great! Great location! The owner was quick to respond if we had questions, etc. The are felt very safe.The only thing I would complain about is there is not a parking spot for this unit. You have to find street parking or pay in lots nearby.

Host was very accommodating. Place was very well kept. Beach nearby and you don’t need transportation to go around. Place feels very safe. It was a plus with air conditioning in the main bedroom and a fan in the second bedroom. The futon in the main living room was just perfect for my 17 year old. You have all the kitchen supplies for people who want to cook.

Beautiful home with great proximity to the beach! Bike rentals, convenient stores, and restaurants nearby. Owner was kind and even offered extra beach toys for our toddler. Looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect place for a beach trip

Perfect location for a quiet stay. Marina seconds away and the beach very close as well. Everything was excellent and the host was great.

Girls trip

Location was perfect-walking distance from the beach. We rented bicycles and rode all over. We took the ferry to Balboa Island and shopped till we dropped. Lovely stay!
