The location is amazing! On a quiet stretch of Newport Beach. Walkable to Vacancy Coffee and Eat Chow ( great food for brunch, lunch or dinner.) Cappy's is also great for breakfast. The house is older as you can see in the photos. You should be aware that the house does not have AC. It was in the low 80's when we were there so the house, (especially the upstairs) can get warm. It cooled off in the evening so we were able to sleep. ( lots of fans in the closet.)The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The property is managed by Tower17 so you will get an email from them with a contract that you need to sign. You will also need to send them a selfie and a copy of your driver's license.

Birthday getaway
We took a annual birthday trip to celebration of 2 friends birthday this property was perfect location on the beach. Quite, safe area, beautiful views. Only complaint is we found 2 dead roaches in an empty cabinet... no live one's but still that was a little surprising, but the rental other than that was clean. Beds were comfy.

Cannot beat the location
Given the location of the house you really cannot go wrong. The house needed a little airing out on arrival but pretty sure any beach house that isn’t a new build would need that. The kitchen is fully stocked with all . Bbq worked great. The tv setup is a little tricky to figure out but we got it working. Seating was adequate. For the price point of approx 400 a night before fees the house was a perfect fit , just don’t expect it to look like a 1k night beach rental for 400 night. Would definitely stay again !
