Inside, the open-concept living space is bright and inviting, with cozy furnishings, cheerful decor, and a well-equipped kitchen for easy meals. Step outside to the spacious private patio, perfect for soaking up the sun with your morning coffee or enjoying an evening BBQ with the whole group.
LIVING & DINING AREAS: Spacious living area with a large sofa, fireplace, and streaming TV. Expansive windows offer peek-a-boo Newport Harbor views. Enjoy the dining table with seating for four, with additional bistro seating for two.
BATHROOMS: - Hallway Bathroom 1: Single vanity, combination shower/bathtub - Hallway Bathroom 2: Single vanity, tiled shower
OUTDOOR SPACES: Step out onto the front patio with outdoor dining for six with a propane BBQ grill and peek-a-boo bay views.
KITCHEN & AMENITIES: The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided throughout for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, one twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) is provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented instead of the mat by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are located inside the residence. Please note that guests will need to provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: One space provided in a single-car garage, which accommodates small to mid-size vehicles. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.

Great location and very comfortable condo on Lido Isle. Very quiet at night. All amenities you need. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distanceOn-street parking is the best option.
