Our family with two teens had so much fun at this location! The property was immaculate and in very good condition. We loved walking all around restaurants, the boardwalk along the ocean, and shops. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return!

Excellent location and beautiful house!
Nearby to beach, restaurants and shopping - all within a few minute walk. Location tucked away on a quiet residential street. House is well equipped, clean and modern. Host was very easy to work with and instructions were very clear. Rooftop deck and attached garage were a plus. Beach chairs and towels were available and on-site laundry was helpful. Will definitely look to return to this location.

Lovely Thanksgiving by the beach
We arrived at almost midnight after a long day of flying. Everything was in order and easily laid out in the email sent before we got there. We came in to a lovely condo with lights on to greet us, got a great night’s sleep and enjoyed the next few days riding around exploring Newport and getting much-needed rest and family time. Easy access to food, beach and activities. All around a great vacation.

Perfect Location!
Our family of four stayed in this newly remodeled clean 3 bedroom apartment. The patio loft was a lovely addition and made the setting feel so much bigger. The location is great for walking to the beach, eating and shopping.

Awesome place to stay!
This was the perfect location for my husband and I to get ready for our micro-wedding. It was such a relaxing stay, beautifully decorated with literally the best lighting. Luckily there was a Tesla charger in the garage which alleviated the stress of needing to charge during our stay. Walking distance to the beach and a lot of great restaurants and bars. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We LOVED our stay at this property. The unit is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We especially liked all of the mood lighting and one panel to access it all. The Tesla charger in the garage was perfect and took the stress out of trying to find a charger. The unit is within walking distance to the beach and shops. I absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice little vacation at the beach.

Beach time with friends
We had a fantastic time staying at Harbor Lookout! The place was immaculate and really nicely decorated. Ron was communicative and helpful. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, great TV setup for watching movies, and eating on the roof deck. We walked on the beach every day and were a 5 minute drive to Lido Isle -- really nice shops and restaurants. A wonderful beach getaway!!

Perfect Family Beach Rental
This house is newly remodeled. The owner spent a lot of time and professional contracting, no doubt. My teens and 10 year old were super excited about the place. My wife and I used the roof for grilling and lounging a great deal. It’s in a quiet area so you don’t have to worry about the late night party people that are near the bars. We hope to be back soon. We loved our stay.

Relaxing retreat in beautiful Newport Beach
Ron's Harbor Lookout was the perfect place for a relaxing few days on the end of our family SoCal road trip. The place was beautiful, new and clean, and the location is unbeatable - only a few minutes away from the harbor, the beach, restaurants and bars and yet located in a quiet and charming street away from any noise at night. We especially enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace with great views overlooking the harbor. Parking in the garage was really nice, allthough somewhat tight space I can confirm that a large SUV (Suburban) will indeed fit just fine - just as promised by the host before we booked. Ron was communicative, helpful and plesant to talk with. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
