• Level 3 - Master Bedroom with Private Rooftop Patio with a table for 6. This patio is only accessible through the home and is not shared.

From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

Although you share the ground-level patio outside your front door, each home has its own PRIVATE Rooftop Patio. - Each unit has 2 parking spaces, you may not access the parking on the Left. - (1) Garage and (1) covered tandem carport spot on the Right is Provided. - Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc. - High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability. - Fireplace must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason -Construction next door has been completed
