★ Easy self-check in. Secure access to the property with coded gated entrance. It opens into a private front patio with keyless access to the garage where you have 1 space for parking.

★ The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood and the street dead ends to the harbor (just 2 houses away) and we are super close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. In front of the house, you have a view of the bay. Just look the other way and you will see the ocean beach down the street. You are in the perfect spot.

★ You may not need a car since everything is close, but we provide one secure space inside the garage parking with an EV fast charge outlet for your electric vehicle. Walking or riding a bike is the best way to get around.

★ There`s a convenience store at the end of the block (open 24 hours) that has everything from wine & beverages to sunblock.

★ This place is new, and was built in 2023 so everything is fresh and modern! There is a maximum of 5 guests which includes infants and children.

★ I have lived in Newport Beach most of my life and it`s like being on vacation 365 days per year! I`ll get you up to speed and all the area offers and make sure your stay is memorable. I also live close to the house and can swing by for anything as needed.

★ As noted, this is a the downstairs unit of a duplex with private entrance and 1 secure parking spot in a shared 2-car garage. This is the only shared space and everything is very private and quiet with separate entrances. If you require more space, consider renting the upper level `Harbor Lookout` which you can view by clicking on my profile.
* Primary booking contact needs to be a minimum of 25 years of age.

* The city of Newport gives citations for noise complaints. Our neighbors are in very close proximity and even loud talking outside can be heard by the adjacent houses. Please keep noise to a minimum and our `zero noise` starts at 10 pm so if you are on the outdoor patio, please speak softly or retire indoors.

* Please turn down any music or TV audio to a reasonable level after 10 pm out of respect for the upstairs guests (we ask the same of them for you).

* No smoking is allowed on the property. Vaping is only allowed in the outdoor patio, but not inside the house.

* No more than 5 guests are allowed which includes infants/children

Check in could not have been easier, property manager provided all information prior to arrival and was great at responding to any additional questions. This home is completely updated with great amenities. Location is not right on the beach, but it is a short walk to the beach and very close to the pier.

The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living room had comfortable seating and a large TV for relaxing in the evenings. Equally as great as the home was the location - quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Ron, the host, was a pleasure. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Place with Quick Walk to Beach

This place was absolutely gorgeous! It is a super quick walk to the beach/boardwalk which was very nice. Beach chairs and towels for us to use was a nice added benefit. Everything is new and updated, we wish could have stayed longer.

Stupendous Stay at the Surf Casita

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this property for a week. It is modern, fresh, clean and packed with amenities. We loved being minutes from the beach (a short walk), boats, food and drink. The property was very well presented with updated finishes, furnishings and amenities. The location is great with easy access to the harbor and ocean beaches. The technology was a little challenging at first but after awhile it was manageable. The host Ron was easy to reach by phone or text. All and all a great place to vacation and relax.

Great location near Newport Pier

Very clean , modern, cookware enough to prepare simple meals, lots of towels including beach towels, plenty of toilet paper & paper towels & napkins..also hand soap & shampoo, etc was there. Salt pepper, cooking oil was there& enough plates & silverware…dishwasher was a little finicky but usually did the job. Very nice to have a shared garage & private patio. It was a little tricky having dogs with us as we had to walk blocks away for them to “do their business” as there is no grass or dirt close by…

Relaxing beach stay!

The property was so cute and very clean. There was a lot of attention to detail to make it cozy. We loved how close it was to the beach/restaurants. We absolutely loved the outside patio area where our 4 year old loved to take her toys and play. Ron was very pleasant to communicate with and made our stay enjoyable! Only things to note in case it matters to you: there is another property above you so you can hear the other tenants sometimes, you share the garage, and you share the washer/dryer. This didn’t deter us and Ron made sure we were as comfortable as possible.

The property is super clean, everything is updated and such comfortable beds. It is also close to everything, just park car in garage and walk to: beach 1 block, pier 1 block, all restaurants/bars 1 block. Looks like we’ll me making this a yearly vacation spot!

This house was so clean and the location is hard to beat! Ron was so responsive and easy to communicate with and even surprised us with a wedding gift! We had everything we needed. The house was a smart house so some fun amenities that we weren’t used to! Highly recommend!
