I was very disappointed with my stay here. The hotel is poorly maintained and lacks basic cleanliness. I saw bugs in the lobby immediately upon arrival. My first room had a broken, water-damaged TV and a bathroom that hadn't been properly cleaned (there were hair and nail clippings left behind). After requesting a room change, the second room was also dirty, I found stray hairs on the bed linens, indicating the bedding had not been properly changed. Additionally, the hallway floors felt structurally unsound; during the snow, I encountered a soft, sunken spot in the corridor that felt like a puddle under the carpet. I would not recommend staying here until serious repairs are made.

This location need a lot of work dusty furniture leaking shower and dirty . Find a roach in the bathroom mi first night . I don't think this location I good for family with kids a lot of is going on feel more like a motel than a hotel I don't feel secure as a single woman staying there it need a lot of improvement.

Genuinely one of the most disgusting hotel rooms I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. The bedspread was covered in various hairs and stains and what looked like blood. DO NOT BOOK unless it is your absolute last option
