I have stayed in this property numerous times, being both a past resident of the area and frequent traveler to the Bay Ridge area. Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite but Yikes. The tv in the bedroom had limited channels not like the one in the living area. The sofa had a large white stain on it. The furniture in the room was all pitted, probably not been cleaned in ages and really NEEDS replacement already. The bed was comfortable but there was a long black hair in the bed which makes me question did the maid loose that hair or did not change the sheets. Even the furniture in the lobby was beyond tired. Hey I visit this area frequently and hope the hotel views this as constructive criticism, because as I stated I frequent this area. But until the hotel invests in itself I just can't see myself staying here. The staff especially the man at the desk was extremely pleasant and a real gentleman. So no not all bad but tired and not clean

I like that they are renovating and they are improving but our hotel room drain was clogged and all the hand soap and lotion was empty. But it was very convenient to subway.

Front reception staff very rude and unprofessional. There was no HEAT whatever when we stayed in early march when it was particularly frigid outside. Paying over $200 a night n freeze, that is unacceptable..never again

The room we were given was being worked on. Had to go back downstairs with all our language and get a new room. Hallways and elevator had people doing work on them the whole 4 days. Hallway was extremely messy from work tools and different things on the floors by the areas being worked on. Garbage overflowing by the elevator at all times. You can hear the train on floor 3 and feel the vibrating. Breakfast was disgusting. I only got it once and threw it out. My daughters would not eat from there. Staff was NOT FRIENDLY at all.
