Nice enough hotel but a little overpriced given the circumstances. Old elevators and moldy carpets, bathrooms in need of updating or remodeling and the pool was dirty. My friend got a balcony room and when storms came in his carpet got soaked cause the doors are in dire need of repair. Overall a decent experience but a lot could’ve been better.

The hotel would be beautiful if it was kept up. It seems most of the rooms were having air-conditioning issues even when they upgraded us to a room that had a working air conditioner. The air conditioner really didn’t blow very cold. It wasn’t until our final day that we were checking out that we actually had hot water. The staff did everything they could to help us however, it doesn’t seem like the owners are doing much to keep up with the property lamps in the rooms were falling apart. It was difficult to turn on the showers. The mini fridge in the room did not work. Just a lot of little details that need to be taken care of.

Infrastructure: we didn't have on demand hot water until the last day. It took 20 minutes for it to get hot enough to take a bath. The AC didn't work, we couldn't leave our balcony door open because it was a shared balcony, our door would be lock and you could not adjust the TV volume. The staff were amazing

Staff was great, room was just ok. Really needs updating. The thermostat looks at least 40 yrs old and couldn't be adjusted. Also didn't realize the balcony was not private, and I felt uncomfortable staying there alone with another person able to access my room if I had the door open or wasn't careful to latch it.

The bathroom have a leak in the ceiling inside of the shower and the toilet have problem for flushing. Also don’t have any of privacy with the curtains transparent and broken. No good experience in all. Never said that the parking charge $50 per night.

Room was in great condition. Staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate but all 5 of our rooms weren’t available. They blamed a 3rd party for over booking. They comped us a room to make up for it but we were left with incorrect rooms and no balcony in one. Our group had 5 rooms total double deluxe balconies. The coffee ran out early and wasn’t relished and the bar/restaurant wasn’t open on Sunday not sure if that is normal or not.

Gross hotel. First room had a fan to dry our carpet, next to some kids playing rap music, smelled so gross it gave me an asthma attack. We moved to second room which had no heat and got down to 56 degrees because the heater did not work. They had nowhere else to let us go, no sleep because we were freezing. The girl at desk told us Walmart delivered 24hrs, so we waited till Midnight for our order, only to find out she lied to us. Had to cancel order and go to a local grocery store after we showered. Never again. They should have refunded us all our money, not just $50. Bar and Bar Tender was awesome, though!!!
