The room was very clean and the housekeeping crew made it look like new each day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is a bit sketchy...homeless people and the smell of marijuana. But, hey, the French Quarter has a lot of that all through it.

The room was nice and the staff members were friendly and courteous. I appreciated the daily text message communication to check on our experience while there. Unfortunately, the first day we had no hot water in our shower and our toilet handle was broken. The beds were ok, but not super comfortable, and the bedding was very thin (our room was cold even setting heat on 75). We also wished there would have been a coffee maker in the room.
